Interviewer instructions

If the respondent answers that the child did not sleep under a mosquito net last night or that he/she does not know, circle the appropriate code and skip to the next module. Otherwise, continue to the next question. You will have asked about mosquito nets in the household to the respondent to the Household Questionnaire.
